Receptive Company

How to become a partner company of the Employability Program (PE)?

The EP's partner companies have the name ‘Receptive Company' because they are receptive to difference, integration, new learning, appreciation, evolution and, especially, to inclusion. A Receptive Company is an organisation that must have the will and initiative to integrate people with AS/PEA in real functions, valuing the work done.

All the human resources of the company will benefit from a session of (in)formation on what is AS/PEA, characteristics and strategies to facilitate the relationship and communication with people with SA/PEA. 

Employability Program Advantages

The EP promotes win-win relations, leveraging a substantial social impact among all participants.

  • Responds in an adapted manner to a need of people with AS;
  • It is based on an innovative intervention methodology;
  • Creates a preventive model;
  • Activates the social responsibility of the companies;
  • Contribute to the (in)formation of the community.
The training of social skills and functional and communitarian autonomy are essential means to improve the communication and the interpersonal relationship of the people with AS/PEA.
